Navigating Your Career

Career paths can take unexpected turns. Maybe you are bored with your industry and looking for a fresh start. Or maybe you are just hoping to find something new to challenge you. Whatever the case, making a significant career change can be tricky. It can be daunting without the right skills. The great news is this workshop will help identify strengths and skills you need and may already have that can be transferred to that next opportunity waiting for you. We incorporate "What Color Is Your Parachute" to give the clients a comprehensive picture of their dream job and be able to target their ideal work situation.

Computers in the Workplace

Whether you are new to computers or have used them in the past, this workshop will help the client become more comfortable using a personal computer (PC) and, more specifically, the Windows 10 interface. This course will help define what a PC is and familiarize the client with the Windows 10 user interface and its basic capabilities. This course will explore Windows 10 and how to create documents, send email, browse the Internet, and share information between applications and with other users. This course will also increase the client's marketability by introducing them to Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
